Need a break?

Now it’s time again: The days are getting shorter, and the air is getting colder.

This also means fewer opportunities to enjoy the last warm rays of sunshine.

At the same time, autumn is one of the most beautiful times of the year when it comes to long walks in colourful nature. 🍃🍂🍁

Walking can improve your physical and mental performance.

Mentally:

– It improves your mood (thank you, dopamine & endorphins)

– It also stimulates brain performance for concentration, memory, thinking, creativity, cognitive skills, focus, learning, productivity, and problem-solving.

Physically:

– It strengthens the cardiovascular system (lower high blood pressure, LDL and triglycerides)

– Also, the lungs, muscles and joints are strengthened.

– The content of oxygen in the blood increases.

– Brisk walking can stimulate digestion, metabolism and thus fat burning.

Pick your reason and take that 15-minute walk break!
