When we experience stress, our body can react in different ways, such as through fight, flight, freeze, or fawn responses. 

However, with the current state of the world, we often face long-term chronic stressors that can result in overreacting to minor obstacles or struggling to cope with challenging situations.

Stop trying to calm the storm, Calm yourself, the storm will pass.
